Filing deadlines
Contacting the firm does not extend or suspend a deadline. Appeals from Board decisions generally have a 120-day filing period; the applicable deadline and any exceptions depend on the circumstances. Review the Court’s appeal instructions and seek timely advice about your situation.
Fees, referrals, and outcomes
